Certifications and qualifications
Which certifications or qualifications does Kertone hold?
The available company records include a Medical Device Production License, a Medical Device Registration Certificate for medical purified-water treatment system equipment, ISO 13485 medical-device quality-management certification, ISO 9001 quality-management certification and a High-Tech Enterprise Certificate. The issuing entity, certified scope, standard version and validity shown on the current original document always govern. A company-level certificate does not automatically make every product suitable for every country, market or application. Please identify the destination market and intended use when requesting documents.
Lead time
How long will delivery take after an order?
Lead time depends on the model, treatment capacity, materials, configuration, controls and interfaces, site conditions, documentation requirements and destination. Kertone can assess the schedule after receiving the feed-water conditions, target water quality, required capacity and installation information. Production, inspection and dispatch dates are confirmed only in the agreed quotation, technical agreement, purchase order or contract. The website does not state one fixed lead time for every project.
Shipping
Can an order be shipped by sea or internationally?
Kertone arranges overseas shipment; the carrier and Incoterms follow the quotation. Sea, air and multimodal routing are all possible for the right project.
Input power
Which voltage and frequency can the equipment use?
Several laboratory, commercial and application-specific purified-water products in the supplied materials are specified for AC 220 V, 50 Hz, single phase. Certain IoT control equipment is specified for DC 24 V. Project systems and other models may differ. Before selection, please provide the destination voltage, frequency, phase and electrical standard. The selected model nameplate, electrical drawings and technical agreement govern the final input, rated power, connection and protection requirements.
Warranty
How long is the product warranty?
Several available product documents state a one-year warranty for the complete unit. Certain laboratory models separately state a two-year warranty for the reverse-osmosis membrane, while cartridges, purification columns and other consumables may be treated differently. Terms vary by product, component, operating condition and project. The applicable product document and signed contract govern the start date, coverage, exclusions, consumables and service method.
After-sales service
What support can Kertone provide after delivery?
The company materials support services including installation and commissioning, operator training, maintenance guidance, fault intake, and the supply of spare parts and consumables. Whether support is remote or on site, its geographic coverage, response time, charges and customer prerequisites must be confirmed in the project service agreement. When reporting a water-quality or equipment issue, the model, serial information, alarm history and site readings help the technical team assess it.
Minimum order quantity
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is set per order line rather than site-wide: complete systems and spare parts have separate minimums. Send the model and quantity for a firm figure.
