Key Features

ModelKY-JY-20

System Design & Functions

  • PP sediment filtration plus dual activated-carbon pretreatment protects the RO membrane from suspended solids and residual chlorine.
  • High-rejection RO membrane and integrated purification cartridge provide staged desalination and polishing.
  • Automatic production, tank level control, full-tank stop, low-water start and scheduled RO membrane flushing.
  • Source-water and product-water quality are monitored online; out-of-limit conditions trigger audible and visual alarms.
  • Electrical overload, pump overheat, low-pressure, dry-run and leakage protection support unattended operation.
  • Modular quick-connect piping simplifies installation, consumable replacement and preventive maintenance.

Applications

  • Small laboratories, physicochemical testing and trace analysis.

Installation Requirements

  • Indoor installation at 5-40°C with adequate ventilation.
  • A grounded AC 220V supply must be available within 2 m.
  • Provide a municipal-water connection, service clearance and a nearby drain.
  • Avoid direct sunlight, freezing conditions and high-temperature or high-humidity areas.

Referenced Standards & Service

  • Feed-water reference: GB 5749-2006.
  • Analytical laboratory water reference: GB/T 6682-2008.
  • Equipment references: JB/T 2932-99 and GB/T 19249-2003.
  • Standard warranty: one year for the system and two years for the RO membrane; consumables excluded.
  • Installation training, 7×24 technical support, preventive inspection and lifetime spare-parts support are available.

Specifications and standard editions follow the supplied model documents. Confirm the applicable current standards, configuration and acceptance criteria in the project technical agreement.
