Product Overview
The P-R RO controller family covers two source-backed product lines: P-R01 single-pass and P-R02 double-pass, each retaining its complete configuration code list. Both share the same hardware platform and control functions; they differ in the RO process stage supported, the number of standard processes available and the number of configuration codes. Base models do not include IoT; only -W suffix models provide remote functions.

System Design & Functions
- Manual mode supports pump and valve commissioning; automatic mode follows the selected standard process.
- Conductivity, level and pressure signals can be acquired and calibrated.
- Low water, high pressure, abnormal level and pump overload can trigger alarms.
- Base models do not include IoT; only -W models provide remote monitoring, cloud data and mobile alerts.
- Ordering must specify series, display size, A/B visualization, process number and whether -W is required.
Applications
- Commercial RO, laboratory, medical, pharmaceutical and dialysis-water equipment.
- Applicable to 0.01–1000 T/h equipment subject to electrical and process engineering.
Installation & Integration
- Integration into a compliant control cabinet must be performed by qualified personnel.
- Confirm sensor types, pump and valve loads, cutout dimensions, process layout and network requirements before ordering.
- Provide DC 24V power within the stated temperature and humidity limits.
